Casteism; - A hindrance in development

Let us talk today about one feature of society or one of the biggest evils. This evil is nothing but casteism .Which probably divides not only caste but people. What I mean is that because of caste, we just want to be with those who belong to their caste and our thinking is never right for any other caste, even if they are right people, we always feel wrong. And while someone belongs to his caste and no matter how wrong he is, he is right for him.

 

Nothing can be said about the birth of this evil, when it came or from when everything started to be distributed on the basis of one caste. But in today's era, if we make an effort, we can change it and make a stronger can also build the country.

So let me show you now, what is going bad because of this casteism or because of who is cooking their loaves and who is promoting it openly.

Nobody may agree with what is written here, but what is right is right. Yet whatever I say is not here to hurt anyone. Just an understanding is needed, if it is understood then it does not come right or my words seem to be wrong, yet it does not matter because it has been going on for many years, it is not possible to understand it so soon.

So caste system is a feature of our Hindu society, if I say so .Which indicates how much you are respected. For this reason, if a person is asked about his caste in some way, then it will not be a big deal for him. Because this is a minor thing for him and without it you cannot live in India. It is not at all that casteism only occurs in India, it happens in many other countries, but its level has taken a disgusting form in India today.

 

If I call casteism a part of our system, it will not be wrong either .Because it gets a boost from it too. This is such a social evil that even today, even after so many decades of independence, we have not been able to become strong.

 

By the way, in the constitution of our democratic country, it is also written that no one will discriminate on the basis of any caste or religion at any place. In India, caste is first placed in India. The condition of caste system is such that it only serves to create a rift in our mutual unity.

 

Because the importance of caste system is such that from childhood, the seed of caste system is sown in our mind, due to which we forget the difference between right and wrong and in spite of our eyes we remain blind.

 

And just because of such a caste, many get their benefit. Whether he needs it or not and there is bad condition of someone but he is not of that caste, then he has to bear the loss because of this.

Due to caste system, we do not even talk to anyone openly and see them as if they are not human. This is also the main reason due to which we could not be united till today neither politically nor socially . We could not build a prosperous society because of the caste system among us.

 

The caste system is just such a mental state that it is very difficult to get away from it suddenly and there are some forces that they do not even want. Caste system is gradually emerging as a main obstacle in our development. Because we cannot think of development until we come back together behind the caste system.

 

There is probably a way to weaken the caste system. That is inter-caste marriage because when in our country we have to connect with someone, then the first thing that comes to mind is whether their caste belongs to our caste or not. So if we have to try to end caste system We can begin by inter-caste marriage.

 

The second attempt we can make is that political parties and anyone related to it should be kept away from any caste related events or conferences because they sometimes promote a caste for their own benefit .Because of which other political parties are trying to turn any other caste towards themselves . From here, the caste system also gets political force in a way.

 

We all have to understand together that we cannot build a nation until we get out of this casteism. It is not easy to overcome it, I also believe that because this thought has been in our mind for so many years, the end of this thinking may not be so easy. So if we change our mind, then maybe it is possible that one day it is just too late to start.

 

If I say the above things together, I can say that by making some changes, we can move towards our development. So once we look at the mistakes and its correction.

 

The reason for the rise of casteism ,,,

1-     Everybody belonging to political party and caste to be together on one platform.

2- Granting reservation to a government application or education only because of being of such caste.

3- To have a tendency to look down on another caste among themselves.

4- Asking of caste and making it mandatory in every application.

5- Introducing oneself on the basis of caste, calling themselves Indian.

 

And now let's talk about some ways to overcome it,,,,,

1- Do not allow political parties to attend the caste conference or any forum related to it.

 

2- Because of being of such a particular caste, no one should give priority to him based on his current status.

For example, if I were to say that some kind of reservation has to be provided to someone, not on the basis of caste, but on the basis of their economic status, so that only and only the needy people will get the benefit.

 

3- People of every caste have to respect each other's caste.

 

4- Nationality has to be given importance only, without making it mandatory to write caste in any application. Because of which we will be able to say proudly that we are one and we are Indians and such a dirty thinking of caste will definitely come out of our mind one day.

 

5- Inter-caste marriage is also a very good suggestion to end casteism.

So if we have to come out of the darkness like this casteism and come to light. So, think about these things of mine once, maybe it may not start from today and we can all see the creation of a new India soon.

 

I am not raising my finger on any particular caste here. I just want to say that everyone is human, so look at each other from the perspective of humanity and not from the perspective of caste.

                                       जातिवाद ;- विकास में एक बाधा

 

 

चलिए आज बात कर लिया जाए समाज की एक विशेषता या एक सबसे बड़ी बुराई की। ये बुराई कुछ और नहीं जाति-वाद है। जो शायद जाति को नहीं  लोगो को ही बाट देती है। मेरा मतलब ये है कि हम जाति की वजह से बस उन्ही के साथ रहना चाहते है जो उनकी जाति के होते है और किसी दूसरी जाति  के लिए हमारी सोच कभी भी सही नहीं रहती , अगर वो सही इंसान हो फिर भी हमें हमेशा गलत ही लगता है। और वहीँ कोई उसकी ही जाति का हो और वो कितना भी गलत हो फिर भी वही सही होता है उसके लिए।

 

इस बुराई के जन्म के विषय में कुछ नहीं कहा जा सकता है कि ये कब आयी या कब से सब कुछ एक जाति के आधार पे बाटा जाने लगा।लेकिन आज के दौर में शायद हम एक कोशिश  करे तो इसे बदल भी सकते है और एक मजबूत देश का निर्माण भी कर सकते है।

 

तो चलिए अब आपको दिखाता हूँ , इस जातिवाद की वजह से क्या बुरा हो रहा या इसकी वजह से कौन अपनी रोटियां सेक रहा है और कौन इसे खुल के बढ़ावा दे रहा है।

यहाँ लिखे बातों से शायद कोई सहमत ना हो मुझसे , लेकिन जो सही है वो सही है। फिर भी मेरा कहना जो भी होगा यहां किसी को कष्ट पहुँचाने के लिए नहीं है। बस एक समझ की जरूरत है यदि समझ आया तो ठीक और नहीं आया या मेरी बाते गलत लगे , फिर भी कोई बात नहीं क्यूंकि ये तो कई बर्षों से चला आ रहा है इतनी जल्दी समझ आ जाए ये भी मुमकिन नहीं।

 

तो जाति प्रथा हमारे हिन्दू समाज की यदि कहुँ तो एक विशेषता है। जो ये शाबित करती है कि आपको कितनी इज्जत  है। इसी वजह से भारत  में यदि किसी राह चलते व्यक्ति से उसकी जाति  पूछ ली जाए तो उसके लिए  शायद ये बड़ी  बात नही होगी। क्यूंकि ये एक मामूली बात है उसके लिए और इसके बिना तो आप भारत में रह ही नहीं सकते है। ऐसा बिल्कुल भी नहीं हैं की जातिवाद केवल भारत में ही होती है ये और भी कई देशों में हुआ करती है लेकिन इसका स्तर भारत में आज एक घिनौना रूप ले चुका है।

 

जातिवाद को यदि मै हमारे ही सिस्टम का एक हिस्सा कहुँ तो ये गलत भी नहीं होगा। क्यूंकि इसे बढ़ावा भी यही से मिलता है। ये एक ऐसी सामाजिक कुरीति है जिससे हम आज भी आजादी के इतने दशकों के बाद भी मुख्त नहीं हो सके है।

 

वैसे  देखा जाए तो हमारे इस लोकतान्त्रिक देश के संविधान में भी ये लिखा है की कोई किसी के जाति या धर्म  आधार पर किसी भी जगह भेद भाव नहीं करेगा।फिर भी जब कहीं किसी नौकरी का आवेदन करना हो या किसी जगह अपने पद पे और आगे जाने की बात हो वहां पर भारत में जाति को ही पहले रखा जाता है। जाति प्रथा का हाल ऐसा है की ये हमारे आपसी एकता में बस दरार डालने का काम करता है।

 

क्यूंकि जाति प्रथा की महत्ता ही कुछ ऐसी है की बचपन से ही हमारे दिमाग में जाति प्रथा का बीज बो दिया जाता है जिसकी वजह से हम सही और गलत का फर्क भी भूल जाते है और आंख होते हुए भी हम अंधे बने रहते है।

 

और बस किसी ऐसी जाति का मात्र होने की वजह से कईओं को उसका लाभ मिलता है। चाहे उसे उसकी जरुरत हो या नहीं और वहीँ किसी की हालत ख़राब ख़राब हो लेकिन वो उस जाति का नहीं होता है, तो बस इस वजह से उसे इसका नुकसान भी उठाना पड़ता है।

 

जाति प्रथा की वजह से हम किसी से खुल कर बात भी नहीं करते हैं उसे ऐसे देखते है जैसे वो इंसान ही नहीं हो। यही मुख्य वजह भी है जिसकी वजह से हम आज तक एक नहीं हो सकें ना राजनितिक रूप से और ना ही सामाजिक रूप से। जाति प्रथा के हमारे बीच होने की वजह से ही हम एक समृद्ध  समाज का निर्माण नहीं कर सके है।

 

जाति प्रथा केवल एक ऐसी मानसिक स्थिति है जिससे अचानक से दुर होना बहुत मुश्किल है और कुछ ताकतें ऐसी भी है जो ये चाहती भी नहीं हैं। जाति प्रथा हमारे विकास में एक मुख्य बाधा के रूप में धीरे - धीरे  उभर रहा है। क्यूंकि जब तक हम जाति प्रथा को पीछे करके एक साथ नहीं आते है हम विकास के बारे में सोच ही नहीं सकते है।

 

जाति प्रथा को कमजोर करने का एक रास्ता शायद है। वो है अंतर जाति विवाह क्यूंकि हमारे देश में जब कहीं किसी से रिश्ता जोड़ना होता है तो पहले यही ध्यान आता है की उसकी जाति  क्या है वो हमारी जाति का है या नहीं।तो यदि हमें जाति प्रथा को खत्म करने की कोशिश करनी है तो इसकी शुरुआत हम अंतर जाति विवाह के जरिये कर सकते हैं।

 

दूसरा प्रयास हम ये कर सकते हैं की राजनितिक दलों और इससे सम्बंधित किसी को भी किसी भी जाति से सम्बंधित आयोजनों या सम्मेलनों से दूर रखा जाए क्यूंकि वो किसी जाति को कभी कभी अपने फायदे के लिए बढ़ावा दे देते हैं। जिसकी वजह से अन्य राजनितिक दल किसी और जाति को अपने ओर करने की कोशिश में लग जाते हैं। यहीं से जाति प्रथा को एक प्रकार से राजनितिक बल भी मिल जाता है।

 

हम सभी को एक साथ मिलकर ये समझना होगा की जब तक हम इस जाति -वाद की सोच से बाहर नहीं निकलेंगे हम एक राष्ट्र का निर्माण नहीं कर सकते है। इसे दूर करना आसान नहीं है ये में भी मानता हूँ क्यूंकि इतने सालों से हमारे दिमाग में घर कर गयी इस सोच का अंत इतना आसान हो भी नहीं सकता है। इसलिए यदि हम अपनी सोच बदलें तो शायद ये मुमकिन हो सके एक न एक दिन बस शुरुआत करने मात्र की ही देर है।

 

यदि ऊपर कही बातों को एक साथ कहुँ तो यह कह सकता हूँ कि कुछ बदलाव करने से हम अपने विकास की ओर बढ़ सकते है। तो एक बार गलतियों और उसके सुधार पे भी नजर डाल लेते है।

 

जातिवाद के बढ़ने की वजह,,,

1- राजनितिक दल और जाति से सम्बंधित किसी का भी एक साथ एक मंच पर मौजूद होना।

2- किसी सरकारी आवेदन या शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में केवल अमुक जाति का होने की वजह से उसे आरक्षण प्रदान करना।

3- आपस में किसी दूसरी जाति को नीचा दिखने की प्रवित्ति रखना।

4- हर किसी आवेदन में जाति का पुछा जाना और उसे अनिवार्यता देना।

5- खुद को भारतीय ना कहते हुए जाति के आधार पर खुद का परिचय देना।

 

और अब बात करते है इसे दूर करने के कुछ उपाय के बारे में ,,,,,

1- राजनितिक दलों को जाति सम्मलेन या उससे सम्बंधित किसी भी मंच पर एक साथ सम्मलित ना होने देना।

 

2- किसी को बस एक अमुक जाति का होने की वजह से उसे प्राथमिकता ना देते हुए उसके वर्तमान  स्थिति के आधार पर प्राथमिकता दी जाए।

जैसे कि यदि मैं कहुं तो किसी प्रकार का कोई आरक्षण प्रदान करना हो किसी को तो वो जाति के आधार  पर ना करते हुए उसे आर्थिक स्थिति के आधार पर प्रदान किया जाए जिससे केवल और केवल जरुरतमंद लोगों को ही इसका लाभ मिल सकेगा।

3- हर जाति के लोगों को एक - दूसरे की जाति का सम्मान करना होगा।

4- किसी आवेदन में जाति का लिखना अनिवार्य ना करते हुए केवल राष्ट्रीयता को ही महत्व देना होगा। जिसकी वजह से हम गर्व से कह सकेंगे की हम एक हैं हम भारतीय है और ऐसे शायद जाति की गन्दी सोच हमारे दिमाग से एक दिन जरूर निकल जायेगी।

 

5- अंतरजातिय विवाह भी एक बहुत ही अच्छा सुझाव है जातिवाद को जड़ से ख़त्म करने के लिए।

तो यदि हमें इस जातिवाद रूपी अँधेरे से निकल कर रोशनी में आना है। तो मेरी इन  कहीं बातों के बारे में एक बार जरूर सोच कर देखें शायद कहीं इसकी शुरुआत आज से ही नहीं हो जाए और हम सभी जल्द से एक नए भारत का निर्माण देख सकें।

 

मैं यहाँ किसी विशेष जाति के ऊपर ही उंगली नहीं उठा रहा हूँ।  मेरा बस इतना कहना है की सब इंसान ही है तो इंसानियत के नजरिये से एक दूसरे को देखें न कि जाति के नजरिये से।
