Unemployment; - A Giant Problem

 

Unemployment - Today in our country unemployment has become such a huge problem that no solution can be seen in front of it. There are many reasons, due to which it is increasing rapidly. Before I say anything about unemployment, before that I would like to tell who is actually unemployed in the language of the unemployed.

So in reality, every human being who is not doing any kind of employment or job, we cannot just call him unemployed. Because there are many people who do not want to do any job and there are some people who are not physically able to do any kind of job, then we cannot call those people unemployed.

In fact, we can only say to the unemployed and only those who are willing or want to do any kind of job, but still they are not getting any kind of job.

So hopefully now you must have understood well who actually are unemployed or who they are.

Unemployment is a very serious problem in India today because unemployment is a problem which is one of the biggest hindrances in the development of any country.

So now we will talk about some of the reasons for the rise of unemployment and how to improve it or how to overcome these reasons.

Reasons for unemployment; - Unemployment is not a small or easy problem, it is a kind of curse, which is not so easy to solve but still it is very important to get rid of it and in such a situation it is very important.

Because unemployment does not only affect the country but also has a profound effect on the mentally, due to which many bad thoughts also come.

Talking about the reason for unemployment, it is definitely seen in every direction.

1. Lack of education; - By education, I mean those people who do not have a qualified education to access any job or employment that they need, because in the field of education for any employment or job There are definitely some criteria set whether the job is for any government department or private department.

2. Loss of employment; - By employment reduction I mean lack of resources for employment, due to which there is a difficulty in getting employment. If there are no resources for employment, then how can anyone get any employment, then this shortage will continue till such time that no resource is available for any employment.

3. Decline in economic growth rate; - There is no need to say much about this, because when we talk about our growth rate, everyone knows how it is and how it has fallen.

The fall of growth rate, it also directly affects employment or job. As long as the growth rate does not come to a normal state, it will be difficult to get employment.

But it is completely wrong to assume the only responsible growth rate of unemployment, because the growth rate has just come down. But before that our growth rate was very good, but still there was no employment or job facility of any kind.

4. The destruction of small scale industries; - Small industries have seen a significant decline over the years. Even if this is said, it will not be wrong that small scale industries or cottage industries have moved towards their end. It is very important to know what is the reason, and why, because the end of these industries is in a way the end of our old traditions.

5. Population growth; - One of the main reasons for unemployment is population growth, because we do not have enough resources to provide employment or jobs on the basis of population. Therefore, as the population increases, there will also be a decrease in employment, because the increase in population means increase in demand.

Solutions to remove unemployment; - We have understood the causes of unemployment to some extent, and must have also understood how important it is to remove. Because unemployment is one of the biggest hurdles in stopping the development of any country and at the same time unemployment also gives birth to many crimes. That is why it is very important to end unemployment, so now we talk about the measures to remove or reduce it.

1. Changes in the education system; - By the change in the education system, I do not mean at all that the education which has been going on for many years is wrong or there is a deficiency in it. It simply means that education now needs to be based on the future to come, because our education is definitely behind in the area of ​​skill development.

Just a few days ago, some changes have been made in this, which may take some time to see the effect, but we can wait for it as the first step in a right direction, which will be beneficial in removing the problem of unemployment in future.

2. Increase in employment; - In order to increase employment, the government has to encourage foreign companies to open one of their branches in our country as much as possible. The government must also take some steps to promote our industrial sector, so that employment opportunities can be increased.

3. Increase in growth rate; - It will be easiest to increase the growth rate in order to increase the employment opportunity even faster. Because employment can also be found only when the growth rate of a country is normal. Some steps are also being taken for this so that the growth rate can come back to its normal state.

4. By increasing small scale industry; - Before growing small scale industry, it is important that more and more people are told about small scale industries or cottage industries, what exactly they are. At the same time, they should also be encouraged for these industries.

5. Population control; - In view of unemployment, population control is very much needed. This is the right time to think about it. It is not that our country has not yet thought of it or we do not have any law which can control it. We have many laws to control the population but these laws which are made for control cannot be successful unless it is strictly followed, because nobody is going to do anything by themselves.

                  बेरोजगारी ;- एक विशालकाय समस्या

बेरोजगारी - आज हमारे देश में बेरोजगारी एक ऐसी विशाल समस्या बन चुकी है जिसका कोई हल सामने दिखाई देता नहीं दिख रहा है। जिसके कई वजह है जिसकी वजह से और तेजी  से बढ़ता जा रहा है। इससे पहले बेरोजगारी के विषय में कुछ कहुँ, उससे पहले बताना चाहुँगा असल में बेरोजगार की भाषा में वास्तव में बेरोजगार होता कौन है।

तो वास्तव में हर वो इंसान जो किसी प्रकार का कोई भी रोजगार या नौकरी नहीं कर रहा होता है उसे ही हम केवल बेरोजगार नहीं कह सकते है।

क्यूंकि कई लोग ऐसे भी है जो कोई नौकरी करना ही नहीं चाहते है और कुछ ऐसे भी है लोग जो शारीरिक रूप से सछम नहीं है किसी भी प्रकार के कोई नौकरी करने के लिए, तो हम उन लोगो को बेरोजगार नहीं कह सकते हैं।

वास्तव में हम बेरोजगार केवल और केवल उन्ही लोगों को कह सकते हैं जो किसी भी प्रकार का कोई भी जॉब करने को तैयार होते हैं या करना चाहते हैं, लेकिन फिर भी उन्हें किसी भी प्रकार का कोई भी जॉब नहीं मिल पा रहा होता है।

तो उम्मीद है अब तो आप ये समझ ही गए होंगे अच्छे से की वास्तव में बेरोजगार होते कौन है या कहते किसे हैं।

बेरोजगारी आज के समय में भारत में एक बहुत ही गंभीर समस्या है क्यूंकि  बेरोजगारी एक ऐसी समस्या है जो किसी भी देश के विकास में एक सबसे बड़ी रूकावट होती है।

तो अब आगे हम बात करेंगे बेरोजगारी के बढ़ने की कुछ वजहों की और उसमें सुधार या इन वजहों को कैसे दूर कर सकते हैं इससे सम्बंधित कुछ रास्तों के बारों में भी।

बेरोजगारी के कारण ;- बेरोजगारी कोई छोटी या आसान समस्या नहीं है ये एक तरह का अभिशाप ही है जिसका निवारण इतना आसान नहीं है लेकिन फिर भी इसका निवारण करना बहुत जरूरी है और जैसे हालत है उसमें तो अतिआवश्यक है।

क्यूंकि बेरोजगारी केवल देश को प्रभावित नहीं करती है बल्कि मानसिक रूप से भी बहुत गहरा प्रभाव डालती है जिसकी वजह से कई बुरे ख्याल भी आ जाते हैं।

बेरोजगारी के कारण की बात करूं तो इसके वजह हर दिशा में कुछ न कुछ जरूर देखने को मिलते है।

1.शिक्षा का अभाव;- शिक्षा के अभाव से मेरा तात्पर्य उन लोगों से है जिनके पास किसी नौकरी या रोजगार को हाशिल करने के लिए एक योग्य शिक्षा नहीं होती है जिसकी उसे जरूरत होती है, क्यूंकि किसी भी रोजगार या नौकरी के लिए शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में कोई न कोई मापदंड जरूर रखे जाते हैं चाहे वो नौकरी किसी भी सरकारी विभाग के लिए हो या निजी विभाग के लिए हो।

2. रोजगार में कमी; - रोजगार में कमी से मेरा मतलब है रोजगार के लिए संसाधनों का न होना, जिसकी वजह से रोजगार प्राप्त करने में कठिनाई का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। यदि रोजगार के लिए कोई संसाधन ही नहीं होंगे तो कोई कैसे किसी भी रोजगार को प्राप्त कर सकेगा, फिर तो ये कमी ऐसे ही तब तक चलती रहेगी जब तक कोई संसाधन नहीं आते है किसी भी रोजगार के लिए।

3. आर्थिक विकास दर में गिरावट; - इसके बारे में कुछ ज्यादा कहने की जरूरत ही नहीं है, क्यूंकि हमारी विकास दर की बात करूं तो उसका हाल सभी को पता है कि अभी उसका हाल कैसा है और उसमे कितनी भारी गिरावट आयी है।

विकास दर का गिरना , इसका सीधा असर रोजगार या नौकरी पर भी पड़ता है। क्यूंकि जब तक विकास दर एक सामान्य स्थिति तक नहीं आती है तब तक रोजगार का मिलना कठिन ही रहेगा।

लेकिन बेरोजगारी का पूरा जिम्मेदार विकास दर को ही मानना बिल्कुल गलत है, क्यूंकि विकास दर में गिरावट अभी ही आयी है। लेकिन इसके पहले तो हमारी विकास दर बहुत अच्छी थी, लेकिन फिर भी किसी प्रकार का कोई भी रोजगार या नौकरी की सुविधा नहीं थी। 

4. लघु उद्योग का नष्ट हो जाना; - लघु उद्योगों में पिछले कुछ वर्षों से काफी गिरावट देखने को मिली है। ऐसा कहा जाए तो भी गलत नहीं होगा कि, लघु उद्योग या कुटीर उद्योग अपने अंत की ओर बढ़ गए है। इसकी वजह क्या है, और क्यों है, ये जानना बहुत जरूरी है, क्यूंकि इन उघोगों का खत्म होना एक तरह से हमारी पुरानी परम्पराओं का खत्म होना है। 

 

5. जनसंख्या वृद्धि; - बेरोजगारी की मुख्य वजहों में से एक जनसंख्या वृद्धि भी है, क्यूंकि इतने संसाधन नहीं है हमारे पास जो जनसंख्या के आधार पर रोजगार या नौकरी की व्यवस्था करा दें। इसलिए जैसे जैसे जनसंख्या बढ़ती जायेगी रोजगार में कमी भी आती जायेगी, क्यूंकि जनसंख्या के बढ़ने का मतलब है मांग का बढ़ना।

बेरोजगारी के लिए जिन कारणों का जिक्र किया है,वो लगभग सही हैं, मेरी नजर में और आशा करता हूँ की आप भी सहमत होंगे। कई समस्या ऐसी भी हैं जो शायद मेरी नजर में न आयी हो और आपकी नजर में हो सकती है तो उसके लिए आप मुझे अपनी राय दे सकते हैं।

इन समस्याओं के माध्यम से मैं किसी के भी ऊपर ना तो कोई ऊँगली उठा रहा हूँ और ना ही किसी को जिम्मेदार ठहरा रहा हूँ।

बेरोजगारी दूर करने के समाधान ;- बेरोजगारी के करणों को तो हमनें कुछ हद तक समझ ही लिया है, और साथ ही ये भी समझ गए होंगे की दूर करना कितना आवश्यक है। क्यूंकि बेरोजगारी किसी भी देश के विकास को रोकने में, सबसे बड़ी बाधाओं में से एक है और साथ ही बेरोजगारी कई जुर्मों को भी जन्म देने का कार्य करती है। इसीलिए बेरोजगारी को समाप्त करना बहुत जरूरी है , तो अब हम बात करते हैं इसे दूर या कम करने के उपायों के बारे में।

 1. शिक्षा व्यवस्था में बदलाव; - शिक्षा व्यवस्था में बदलाव, से मेरा मतलब ये बिल्कुल भी नहीं है की जो शिक्षा कई वर्षों से चली आ रही है वो गलत है या उसमे कोई कमी है। इसका मतलब बस इतना सा है की शिक्षा को अब आने वाले भविष्य के आधार पर होने की जरूरत है। क्यूंकि हमारी शिक्षा जो है वो कौशल विकास के क्षेत्र में थोड़ी पीछे जरूर है।

अभी कुछ दिनों पहले ही इसमें कुछ बदलाव किये गए हैं जिसका असर देखने में कुछ समय जरूर लग सकता है लेकिन इसे हम एक सही दिशा में की गयी पहली  पहल मान कर इन्तजार कर सकते हैं जो भविष्य में बेरोजगारी की समस्या को दूर करने में लाभकारी रहेगी।

2. रोजगार में वृद्धि; - रोजगार में वृद्धि करने के लिए सरकार को जितनी हो सके विदेशी कंपनियों को हमारे देश में उनकी एक शाखा खोलने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना होगा। सरकार को साथ ही हमारे आद्योगिक क्षेत्र में बढ़ावा देने के लिए कुछ कदम उठाने होंगे, जिससे की रोजगार के अवसर में वृद्धि हो सके।

3. विकास दर में वृद्धि; - रोजगार के अवसर में और भी तेजी से वृद्धि आये उसके लिए सबसे आसान होगा विकास दर में वृद्धि करना। क्यूंकि रोजगार भी तभी मिल सकती है जब किसी देश की विकास दर सामान्य हो। इसके लिए कुछ कदम भी उठाये जा रहे हैं जिससे से की विकास दर अपनी सामान्य स्थिति में आ सके।

4. लघु उद्योग में वृद्धि करके; - लघु उद्योग में वृद्धि करने से पहले ये जरूरी है कि, अधिक से अधिक लोगों को लघु उद्योगों या कुटीर उद्योगों के बारे में बताया जाए कि वास्तव में ये होते क्या हैं। साथ ही साथ उन्हें इन उद्योगों के लिए प्रोत्साहित भी किया जाए।

5. जनसंख्या नियंत्रण;- अभी बेरोजगारी को देखते हुए जनसंख्या नियंत्रण की बहुत ज्यादा जरूरत है। ये सबसे सही समय है इस बारे में विचार करने के लिए। ऐसा नहीं है की हमारे देश में अभी तक इसके लिए सोचा नहीं गया है या हमारे पास ऐसा कोई कानून नहीं है, जो इसे नियंत्रित कर सके। हमारे पास जनसंख्या को नियंत्रित करने लिए कई कानून हैं लेकिन ये कानून जो नियंत्रण के लिए बनाये गए हैं तब तक सफल  नहीं हो सकते है जब तक इसका कठोरता से पालन नहीं किया जाता क्यूंकि कोई खुद से कुछ करने वाला नहीं है।
